A spiced, fragrant tea that originated in India where it is still widely consumed. It is very different from the chai lattes of North America.

Hi dacezo. In India, people usually serve chai after a meal or in the evenings at tea time, sometimes with Indian sweets that are often milk-based and very sweet. So my suggestion would be to serve it with a sweet treat that will offset and compliment the spiciness. Enjoy!

Thanks! I made kind of a fusion and served it with mexican "dulce de leche" wich is a dessert made of condensed milk...it was a hit!
