Coca Cola Cake

Quick and easy,Pretty good cake :)
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cocoa shopping list
- 1 cup cola shopping list
- 2 cups + 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter, cocoa, and cola together over low heat in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and beat in flour, salt, and sugar. Stir baking soda into buttermilk and mix well. Add to chocolate mixture. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Fold in mini marshmallows, if used. Pour into a greased and floured 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Coca Cola Frosting
- 1 stick butter
- 6 tablespoons cola
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box powdered sugar
- Melt butter, cola, and cocoa together over low heat in a heay saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugar, nuts and vanilla extract. Beat until sugar is dissolved.
