Stuffed Tomatoes

Great little stuffed tomatoes. Perfect for your summer barbecues.
Ingredients
- 8oz. grape or cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 4 oz. goat cheese shopping list
- 2 oz. mayonaisse shopping list
- 1 clove garlic,crushed shopping list
- 1Tbs mixed fresh herbs,minced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Wash tomatoes and drain thoroughly. Carefully slice off top 1/2" of each tomato and reserve. Scoop out seeds with small melon baller. Mix goat cheese,mayonaisse,garlic and herbs in small bowl Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into pastry bag and pip into prepared tomatoes. Cap with reserved tops and arrange on serving tray.
