Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise

- 4-8 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Crush the garlic cloves with the salt, then place in a bowl and stir in the egg yolks and vinegar.
- Gradually beat in the oil, a little at a time, beating well after each addition until thick and glossy.
- Season to taste.
- Store for up to 5 days in the fridge.
