Ingredients
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped toasted almonds
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon minced red pimento
  • 1 tablespoon micned black olives
  • 3 tablespoons good mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • good dash tobasco sauce

Directions
  1. cut eggs in half
  2. remove yolks and mash with a fork all of the ingredients except egg whites
  3. stuff egg white halves with egg yolk mixture
  4. ain't they pretty?
