Layered Mexican Dip

- 1 can refried beans (398ml) shopping list
- 11/4c sour cream shopping list
- 1/2tsp each cumin and salt shopping list
- 1/4tsp hot sauce shopping list
- 2 ripe avocado's shopping list
- 1/3c onion, finely diced shopping list
- 2T lime juice shopping list
- 1/4tsp hot pepper flakes shopping list
- 2c shredded cheese (I use cheddar) shopping list
- 2 tomatoes chopped shopping list
- 1/3c green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1/2c black olives, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together beans, 1/4cup sour cream, cumin, 1/4tsp salt and hot pepper sauce. Spread in a 12'' round serving dish.
- Peel and pip avocado, mash together with onion, lime juice and pepper flakes, add 1/4c sour cream and the remaining salt. Spread over first layer, top with remaining sour cream
- Starting at outside of the plate garnish with concentric rings of cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives.
- Serve with corn chips
