This is simple.my family love it.it goes with rice,chapatti.kidz always love it.so eazy to prepare..

Ingredients
- Cauliflower -1
- Ginger Garlic paste -2tsp
- Egg -1
- Corn flour-1 C
- Colouring Powder-1/2 tsp
- chilly powder-1tsp
- Turmeric powder-a pinch
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Add the Cauliflower into the boiled water with a pinch of salt
- After 5min,then drain it.allow it to cool down.
- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- In a Bowl,add ginger garlic paste,egg,colouring powder,cornflour
- chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt mix it well
- Add the cauliflower and mix it well
- Then deep fry it

There is a fine line between finger food and side dishes. What is considered a finger food in the western world is often a side dish in Indian cuisine. Regardless of what kind of food it is, this sounds yummy and I will try this soon and let you know how it tastes!
