Bacon and Bleu cheese burger Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • mix ground beef and onion soup mix
  • divide into 4-6 servings (depending on how big you want your burgers!)
  • create a "pocket" in the ground beef and tuck bleu cheese inside
  • flatten patty and make sure cheese is sealed inside
  • wrap two pieces of bacon around each patty
  • place on grill and cook to desired doneness

    Tried this out the other night but just found the Bleu cheese a bit too over-powering (I'm a newbie Bleu cheese person). Loved the bacon wrap around the burger patty. It was a fun recipe to try. Thanks! More in IMI.
