Tail-Gate Marinated Veggies

- 2 cups caulifower florets shopping list
- 2 cups carrots, julienned shopping list
- 1 cup zuccini, juliennied shopping list
- 1 cup green bell pepper, julienned shopping list
- 1/2 lb fresh whole mushrooms shopping list
- 3/4 cup grape tomatoes shopping list
- marinade shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, miinced shopping list
- 1 cp olive oil shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tbs sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp dill weed shopping list
- salt and black pepper to taste (remeber pepper will get hotter with age Don't overdo it. I like to add pepper just before serving) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and place in Zip-Loc Bag or airtight plastic container. Make one day in advance.Keep refrigerated.
