Tail-Gate Marinated Veggies Recipe
Perfect for a summer outing, bbq or grilling at home, or picnic. It's prepared ahead, it's easy and pairs well with lots of summer foods. Recipe can be adusted for number of people you are serving.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups caulifower florets
  • 2 cups carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup zuccini, juliennied
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, julienned
  • 1/2 lb fresh whole mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup grape tomatoes
  • Marinade
  • 3 cloves garlic, miinced
  • 1 cp olive oil
  • 1 3/4 cups red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • salt and black pepper to taste (remeber pepper will get hotter with age Don't overdo it. I like to add pepper just before serving)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and place in Zip-Loc Bag or airtight plastic container. Make one day in advance.Keep refrigerated.
