How to make it

  • pre heat oven to 350
  • to prepare bottom layer,lightly spoon flour into a measuring cup:level with a knife,combine flour and salt :stir with a whisk.
  • combine granulated sugar,egg substitute,3/4cup melted butter,2 tblsp water,vanilla,eggsand chocolate syrup in amedium bowl;until smooth.
  • add flour mixture to chocolate mixture,stirring until blended.
  • pour batter into a 13 x9 baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  • bake at 350 for 23 min or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
  • cool completely in pan on a wire rack
  • to prepare the mint layer
  • combine powdered sugar,1/4 cup melted butter,milk,peppermint extract,food coloring.
  • in medium bowl;beat with a mixer until smooth.
  • spread mixture over cooled cake.
  • to prepare the Glaze
  • combine the chocolate chips and three tblsp butter in amedium microwave safe bowl.
  • microwave high for 1 min or until melted,stirring after 30 sec.
  • let stand 2 min.
  • spread chocolate mixture evenly over top.
  • cover and refridgerate until ready to serve.Cut into 20 pieces
