APACHE BREAD

- 1 9-inch round loaf of bread (any round, loaf) shopping list
- 16 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 8 oz dairy sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced green onion, white and green part shopping list
- 1-2 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 , 4.5 oz cans chopped green chilies shopping list
- 1 cup chopped cooked ham shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the top off the bread and scoop out the inside, leaving about a
- half-inch shell on all sides and bottom.
- Reserve top and scooped insides and set aside.
- Combine, cheddar, cream cheese, sour cream, green onion,
- Worcestershire, green chilies and ham; mix well.
- This will be a very stiff mixture.
- Fill the hollow bread with the cheese mixture; replace
- the top and place, uncovered, on a cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 350*F oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Guests can use the removed bread for dipping as well as corn chips or tortillas chips.
- Tear off the sides of the bread and eat it as the level of the dip lowers.
