Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch

2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil

2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce

1/4 cup light soy sauce

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth

2 bunches green onions, cut diagonally into 1 1/2 in. slices

Warm cooked rice

3 Tbsp. veg. oil, divided

2 lbs. boneless top-sirloin, cut into thin slices

Directions

Stir together first 5 ingredients until mixture is smooth.

Heat 1 1/2 Tbsp. veg. oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add beef, in batches, and stir-fry 8 minutes or until no longer pink.

Remove from skillet.

Pour remaining 1 1/2 Tbsp. veg. oil in skillet; heat 2- min.

Add the green onions and stir-fry 5 mins. or until tender.

Add beef and cornstarch mixture to skillet, stirring constantly 1 minute or until mixture is thickened.

Serve immediately over warm rice.

I like salty, but hoisin sauce, soy sauce and chicken broth in that amount. I know I tryed a recipe that had the three and had to throw the whole dish away because it was sooo salty.
