Mongolian Beef

- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce shopping list
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth shopping list
- 2 bunches green onions, cut diagonally into 1 1/2 in. slices shopping list
- Warm cooked rice shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. veg. oil, divided shopping list
- 2 lbs. boneless top-sirloin, cut into thin slices shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together first 5 ingredients until mixture is smooth.
- Heat 1 1/2 Tbsp. veg. oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add beef, in batches, and stir-fry 8 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Remove from skillet.
- Pour remaining 1 1/2 Tbsp. veg. oil in skillet; heat 2- min.
- Add the green onions and stir-fry 5 mins. or until tender.
- Add beef and cornstarch mixture to skillet, stirring constantly 1 minute or until mixture is thickened.
- Serve immediately over warm rice.

I like salty, but hoisin sauce, soy sauce and chicken broth in that amount. I know I tryed a recipe that had the three and had to throw the whole dish away because it was sooo salty.
