Sounds delicious!

I love the sounds of this dish. I love Chinese BBQ pork; I usually have to buy at least double what I need because so much evaporates when my family walks by :-)that I don't have enough left for the recipe! What are hokkien noodles-are they the thick fresh noodles that are vacuum sealed and they have a yellowish tinge? What else might they be called?

I love hokkien noodles and often use in stir fries. Your recipe sounds wonderful!
