How to make it

  • Peel and core the apples and put them in water with the uice of one lemon
  • Brew a vegtable stock with lots of carrots, onions and celery
  • Throw the stock off and brew the apple peels, cores and pips in it
  • Discard of them by throwing it through a sieve
  • Add the apples and cook slowly with the lid slanted to catch up the condensating apple essence
  • Liquidize it when soft and then add salt, pepper, a little bit of cinnmon and curry powder to taste
  • Thicken with potato powder
