Frozen Cran-raspberry Slice Recipe

This is a beautiful dark pink slice that just looks gorgeous on the plate. Serve with pound cake and fresh berries.

Ingredients
- 3 oz. box raspberry jelly powder
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 10 oz. box of whole raspberries, partially thawed
- 4 oz. block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 14 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Stir jelly powder into boiling water in small heatproof bowl until dissolved. Add raspberries. Stir.
- Beat cream cheese and icing sugar in medium bowl until smooth. Add cranberry sauce and sour cream. Mix well. Add raspberry mixture. Stir. Pour into plastic wrap-lined loaf pan. Freeze, covered, until firm. Invert onto cutting board. Cuts into 10 slices.

Oh yum. when I am pregnant I want to put sour cream or cream cheese all over and in everything. we've been having jello salads with marshmallow cream cheese topping for desserts two weeks straight now. This looks great for the summer heat! can't wait!
