These potatoes are wrapped in foil and then grilled. These are an easy side dish for any grilled meal because you just have to let them sit while they cook.

Ingredients
  • 3 medium russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Cut unpeeled potatoes into 8 equal pieces.
  3. Place potatoes pieces in the center of a 12-14 inch piece of aluminum foil.
  4. Combine other ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over potatoes.
  5. Toss lightly. Fold foil over and seal.
  6. Place on medium hot grill for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Potatoes should be easily pierced with a fork.
  8. Open packet and add cheese.
  9. Return to grill for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve hot.
