This is a family favorite. Perfect for dessert or as a coffee cake for brunch.

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 Tbsp milk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla

Directions
  1. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and sour cream by hand
  2. Pour 1/2 of batter in 9x13 pan
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon
  4. Sprinkle on top of batter
  5. Pour remaining batter on top of brown sugar
  6. Swirl through batter with a knife
  7. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes
  8. Make a glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla
  9. Pour over cake while hot
  10. ENJOY!
