Cinnamon Chip Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

1c less 1Tbs water

2tsp vanilla

1 egg

2Tbs. butter

2Tbs nonfat dried milk

1tsp cinnamon

11/4tsp salt

1/2tsp. baking powder

2Tbs. sugar

21/2tsp inst. yeast

3c King Arthur unbleached all-purpose flour

3/4c cinnamon chips

Directions

Place all ingredients except cinnamon chips into the pan of your machine,program for raisin or mixed bread,and press start. Add the chips at the signal.( If your machine doesn't have an add-in cycl,program it for basic or white bread,and add the chips about 5 mins. before the end of the final kneading cycle.) Yield: 1 loaf
