Spanish Casserole

- 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 2 cans sliced black olives shopping list
- 1 bag each Cheddar and mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 large can enchilada sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp.. garlic powder shopping list
- 12 tortillas shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tsp. cornstarch shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 300*F.
- In skillet brown the beef and drain.
- Add soup, enchilada sauce and garlic.
- Add the cornstarch and mix until sauce is a little thick. Add onions
- Let simmer in skillet.
- meanwhile take 6 tortillas and tare up.
- Place in bottom of casserole dish.
- Add a ladle full of sauce on top of tortillas.
- Layer with some cheese and olives.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas, sauce and cheese.
- End up with olives
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes for easier cutting.
