How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 300*F.
  • In skillet brown the beef and drain.
  • Add soup, enchilada sauce and garlic.
  • Add the cornstarch and mix until sauce is a little thick. Add onions
  • Let simmer in skillet.
  • meanwhile take 6 tortillas and tare up.
  • Place in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Add a ladle full of sauce on top of tortillas.
  • Layer with some cheese and olives.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas, sauce and cheese.
  • End up with olives
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes for easier cutting.
