Blueberry season is only two months away! This is one of my favorite blueberry treats.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 3 doz 1 1/4 in. candy liners
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries washed and dried

Directions
  1. Combine over hot water (not boiling) chocolate and shortening, stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Place 1 tsp chocolate in candy liners.
  4. add 6 to 8 blueberries.
  5. Top with 2 tsp chocolate making sure berries are well coated.
  6. Chill for 20 to 30 minutes until chocolate is set
  7. ~@~
  8. Makes about 2 1/2 to 3 doz clusters
  9. ~@~
  10. Blueberrie clusters may be kept at room temp up to 1 hour. If chocolate becomes sticky, return to fridge.
