Blueberry Clusters Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine over hot water (not boiling) chocolate and shortening, stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Place 1 tsp chocolate in candy liners.
  • add 6 to 8 blueberries.
  • Top with 2 tsp chocolate making sure berries are well coated.
  • Chill for 20 to 30 minutes until chocolate is set

  • Makes about 2 1/2 to 3 doz clusters

  • Blueberrie clusters may be kept at room temp up to 1 hour. If chocolate becomes sticky, return to fridge.
