Eggs Pacific

- 12 hard-cooked eggs shopping list
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp or crab shopping list
- 3 Tbsps butter shopping list
- 3 Tbps flour shopping list
- 1-1/3 cups half & half, heated shopping list
- 1 tsp mustard shopping list
- 2 Tbsps dry white wine shopping list
- 1 tssps chopped parssley shopping list
- 1/4 tsp leaf thyme shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 Tbsps dry white wine shopping list
- 2Tb shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange 6 sliced eggs on bottom of casserole.
- Sprinkle shrimp or crab over eggs and top with remaining eggs.
- Melt butter, then stir in flour. Do not brown. Add hot half & half, bring to a boil.
- Stir in salt, pepper, prepared mustard, wine, parsley and thyme.
- Pour sauce over eggs
- Bake 15 minutes in 425 degree oven until bubbly.
- Serve over toasted English muffins.
