How to make it

  • Arrange 6 sliced eggs on bottom of casserole.
  • Sprinkle shrimp or crab over eggs and top with remaining eggs.
  • Melt butter, then stir in flour. Do not brown. Add hot half & half, bring to a boil.
  • Stir in salt, pepper, prepared mustard, wine, parsley and thyme.
  • Pour sauce over eggs
  • Bake 15 minutes in 425 degree oven until bubbly.
  • Serve over toasted English muffins.
