Ingredients
  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp or crab
  • 3 Tbsps butter
  • 3 Tbps flour
  • 1-1/3 cups half & half, heated
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 Tbsps dry white wine
  • 1 tssps chopped parssley
  • 1/4 tsp leaf thyme
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsps dry white wine
  • 2Tb

Directions
  1. Arrange 6 sliced eggs on bottom of casserole.
  2. Sprinkle shrimp or crab over eggs and top with remaining eggs.
  3. Melt butter, then stir in flour. Do not brown. Add hot half & half, bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in salt, pepper, prepared mustard, wine, parsley and thyme.
  5. Pour sauce over eggs
  6. Bake 15 minutes in 425 degree oven until bubbly.
  7. Serve over toasted English muffins.
