Hazels Swiss Steak

- 2 -3 lbs round steak shopping list
- 1 1/3 c flour shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 dash pepper shopping list
- 3 Tbs oil shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 3 small cans tomato juice or V8 shopping list
- 1 can stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
How to make it
- Cut meat into serving sizes
- Dredge in flour, salt and pepper
- Brown steaks in oil on both sides
- combine water, cream of chicken, cream of celery, tomatoes, and juice.
- Transfer meat to crockpot and cover with liquid mixture.
- Cook on low for 2 to 4 hours.
