My mom made this one up. It's easy and very good.

Ingredients
  • 2 -3 lbs Round Steak
  • 1 1/3 c flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 3 Tbs oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 small cans tomato juice or V8
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Directions
  1. Cut meat into serving sizes
  2. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper
  3. Brown steaks in oil on both sides
  4. combine water, cream of chicken, cream of celery, tomatoes, and juice.
  5. Transfer meat to crockpot and cover with liquid mixture.
  6. Cook on low for 2 to 4 hours.
