How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, combine ALL ingredients for Relish (Except) Chutney
  • Set Aside.
  • In another medium bowl, combine the ground Beef, Chilies, Onion, Egg, Potatoes, Salt and Curry powder.
  • Shape into 1 inch balls and flatten slightly.
  • Place on a baking sheet (with sides) to catch grease, and Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, or until brown.
  • STUFF 3 to 4 meatballs into each Pita half.
  • Add Relish on top that includes the Chutney!

    We are just starting to play with curry. I know it has been around forever and a day, but we live in Kansas and they are just beginning to debate that new fangled idea called evolution! Recipe sounds great and I look forward to trying it.
