Ingredients
  • 4 cans black eyed peas with jalapenos
  • 2 bunches chopped green onions ( to your tastes)
  • 2 c. grated cheese ( cheddar-colby-whatever)
  • 1 1/2 c. miracle whip
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 T. tarragon vinegar ( or in the summer I just snip fresh tarragon and add that )
  • 2 T. sugar ( or splenda )
  • 1 pkg hidden valley dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 bag of fritos

Directions
  1. Mix together. (Add the bag of fritos last)
  2. Enjoy!
  3. I've sometimes drained the peas and sometimes not, good either way.
  4. You can forgo the fritos if you want to.
