Black Eyed Pea Salad Recipe

	Anitagae / All my dishes 1 year, 6 months ago This is called a salad but it can also be a dip. I've made it so many times and each time I do a little something different and it's still tasty. I've used fat free/lowfat/full fat sour cream and miracle whip&/or mayo. You can make a half batch but why??... More Prep:10m Servings:8	Anitagae

Ingredients

4 cans black eyed peas with jalapenos

2 bunches chopped green onions ( to your tastes)

2 c. grated cheese ( cheddar-colby-whatever)

1 1/2 c. miracle whip

1 1/2 c. sour cream

2 T. tarragon vinegar ( or in the summer I just snip fresh tarragon and add that )

2 T. sugar ( or splenda )

1 pkg hidden valley dry ranch seasoning

1 bag of fritos

Directions

Mix together. (Add the bag of fritos last)

Enjoy!

I've sometimes drained the peas and sometimes not, good either way.

You can forgo the fritos if you want to.
