- 1 1/2 pounds beef, cut of your choice (1-inch thick) shopping list
- 1/2 cup tequila shopping list
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons peeled chopped gingerroot shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried whole oregano shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 Teaspoon ground red pepper shopping list
- 1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, and undiluted shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- vegetable cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Trim fat from steak; combine steak with next 9 ingredients in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag. marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove steak from bag. discard marinade.
- Coat grill rack with cooking spray and heat the grill to medium-hot. Place steak on rack; cook 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
