This is a great breakfast to prepare the night before and pop into the oven in the morning!!

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 - 6 frozen hash brown patties

Directions
  1. Line an 8x8 baking dish with frozen hash brown patties
  2. Sprinkle sausage or bacon on top
  3. Mix together eggs and milk; pour over meat
  4. Top with grated cheese
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes - 1 hour
