Catherines Ranch Burgers

My granddaughter discovered this recipe and shared it and I have been making hamburgers this way ever since. Makes the burgers extra tasty and juicy. From Hidden Valley Ranch
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (lean ground, chuck, whatever your favorite.) shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning and salad dressing Mix (this is equal to a 1 oz packet.) shopping list
- You might also need: charcoal, hamburger buns, other condiments you like. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix Dressing Mix and hamburger together gently.
- Form into 4 burgers and grill for about 8 -10 minutes for medium.
- Of course you can broil these in the oven or use any method you like.
- The taste is in the burger!
