curried sweet corn in a cream cheese base.

Ingredients
  • bag of frozen corn
  • diced onion
  • cream cheese
  • yellow curry
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. cook the corn
  2. sautee the onion
  3. add softened clumps of cream cheese
  4. add curry, salt and pepper to taste
  5. heat on low and blend it all nicely until it is aromatic and ready to serve
