Simple Hollandaise Sauce

- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- pinch dry mustard shopping list
- pinch of cayenne shopping list
How to make it
- In sauce pan melt butter or can use microwave
- In blender place other ingredients
- With blender turned on, slowly dribble the melted butter down the hole in top
- When nice and thick, serve immediately OR
- Can be kept in refrigerator, and if it thickens more, add a little warm water before heating slowly to serve
