  • Make a white sauce of 1 tbls. flour, 1 tbls. butter,and 3/4 cup milk, cook sauce until thickened
  • pour over Carrots
  • Bake at 350 for 1 Hr.
  • Can make ahead and bake before serving.

    Love the flavor profile. I would roast the carrot to preserve nutrients and not wash away the flavor.
