Down South Spaghetti

- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 2 cans tomato soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 medium bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 large white onion chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon thyme shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced stuffed green olives shopping list
- 10 ounce package wide curly noodles cooked shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat and onion then drain any fat off and add green peppers, olives, cooked noodles, tomato soup, water and mushroom soup then season with salt, pepper, thyme and oregano.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Put half of the mixture into a rectangular casserole dish and sprinkle half of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add remaining mixture then sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top and bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
