How to make it

  • Brown meat and onion then drain any fat off and add green peppers, olives, cooked noodles, tomato soup, water and mushroom soup then season with salt, pepper, thyme and oregano.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Put half of the mixture into a rectangular casserole dish and sprinkle half of mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Add remaining mixture then sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top and bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.

    Hi. The soups re condensed and the cans I use are 12 ounce size, about 1-1/2 cups. This is really a good recipe. Hope you can find the soup you need. Enjoy.

    We don't use cans of soup often in cooking here, so could I ask you:
    1. is it condensed soup or normal soup you mean?
    2. if you use 'normal' soup, what size is the can?

    (here we have 1 liter, 1/2 liter and 1/3 liter cans of 'normal' soup and 1/2 liter cans of condensed soup which make 1 liter soup by adding water)

    It sounds sooo good and i'd like to try it.
