Ingredients

2 pounds of lean beef

1 medium onion chopped

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 12oz can evaporated milk

1 4oz can chopped green chiles

12 flour tortillas

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat your oven to 325. Lightly grease a 13X9 inch baking dish

Use a large skillet and sautee lean meat and onion

cook over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbles

drain well

in a medium sauce pan combine soups, milk, and green chiles

Cook over medium-low heat until warm

Layer tortillas (cut them in fourths) in bottom of dish

top with half meat mixture and half soup mixture

spinkle with cheese

bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly

I made this for lunch last week. I just dumped everything together and layered the mixture with the tortillas and then topped with cheese. It easy and very tasty. It came out delicious.
