Easy Mexican Casserole

- 2 pounds of lean beef shopping list
- 1 medium onion chopped shopping list
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 12oz can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 4oz can chopped green chiles shopping list
- 12 flour tortillas shopping list
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 325. Lightly grease a 13X9 inch baking dish
- Use a large skillet and sautee lean meat and onion
- cook over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbles
- drain well
- in a medium sauce pan combine soups, milk, and green chiles
- Cook over medium-low heat until warm
- Layer tortillas (cut them in fourths) in bottom of dish
- top with half meat mixture and half soup mixture
- spinkle with cheese
- bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly
- I made this for lunch last week. I just dumped everything together and layered the mixture with the tortillas and then topped with cheese. It easy and very tasty. It came out delicious.
