- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 36 chocolate drops (kisses), unwrapped shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl mix sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and butter until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix until blended
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Add this to the peanut butter mixture and mix until combined.
- Drop dough by level Tbsp-fuls onto ungreased baking sheet, spacing 1 1/2-in apart.
- Bake until golden, about 12 mins.
- Press chocolate kiss piece firmly in center of each cookie, while cookies are still hot.
- Transfer cookies to wire rack and cool completely.
- Store airtight for up to 2 weeks.
- Some different variations that we have used for the center are chocolate stars and even pressing your thumb on top of each cookie to make a hollow and fill with a tsp. of jam of your choice.
- With so many different types of Kisses available use a variety assortment and make it a sampler plate.
- This recipe can also be made using a food processor to mix .
