This is a drink recipe from Enjoy! From the Best of Bridge. It is so simple yet so elegant for a dinner party where you want to impress – or wherever! It can certainly replace dessert!

Ingredients
- 1 quart coffee ice cream
- ½ cup brandy
- shaved chocolate
Directions
- Set ice cream out while you clear the table so it is soft. Combine ice cream and brandy in a blender. Blend until all lumps disappear. Serve in your prettiest long-stemmed glasses. Shave chocolate on top and serve. If it’s too thick to drink, add a bit more brandy. You may want to serve with a soda spoon! Make sure you have more on hand! This amount serves 4 to 6.
