Ingredients

1 quart coffee ice cream

½ cup brandy

shaved chocolate

Directions

Set ice cream out while you clear the table so it is soft. Combine ice cream and brandy in a blender. Blend until all lumps disappear. Serve in your prettiest long-stemmed glasses. Shave chocolate on top and serve. If it’s too thick to drink, add a bit more brandy. You may want to serve with a soda spoon! Make sure you have more on hand! This amount serves 4 to 6.
