How to make it

  • Pre heat the oven at 190 degrees .
  • Beat the butter and the sugar until creamy .
  • Beat the eggs .
  • Add the oil .
  • Fold in the sifted flour .
  • Add the milk and mix well .
  • Bake for 25 mins .
  • Cool in a wire rack .
  • Spilt the cake into half
  • Arrange one slice on a plate and spread the whip cream .
  • Spread the berries on top .
  • Arrange the other slice of cake on top .
  • Microwave the chocolate , icing sugar and the milk .
  • Spread on the cake .
  • and arrange the topping .
