Tom. is my best friend's birthday . So I decided to bake a cake for him with all his fave ing .

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 C cake flour , 1/2 C VOCHELLE cocoa pwd , 1/2 tsp baking soda plus baking powder - sifted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 gm unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 C sugar , powdered in a fodd processor
  • 2 tbsp Whip cream
  • 6 tsp wild blue berries conserve
  • 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate ( 100 % cocoa )
  • 4 tbsp Icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp evaporated milk
  • Topping :
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Shavings
  • Black Berries

Directions
  1. Pre heat the oven at 190 degrees .
  2. Beat the butter and the sugar until creamy .
  3. Beat the eggs .
  4. Add the oil .
  5. Fold in the sifted flour .
  6. Add the milk and mix well .
  7. Bake for 25 mins .
  8. Cool in a wire rack .
  9. Spilt the cake into half
  10. Arrange one slice on a plate and spread the whip cream .
  11. Spread the berries on top .
  12. Arrange the other slice of cake on top .
  13. Microwave the chocolate , icing sugar and the milk .
  14. Spread on the cake .
  15. and arrange the topping .
