- 1 1/2 C cake flour , 1/2 C VOCHELLE cocoa pwd , 1/2 tsp baking soda plus baking powder - sifted shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 4 tbsp milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 125 gm unsalted butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 C sugar , powdered in a fodd processor shopping list
- 2 tbsp whip cream shopping list
- 6 tsp wild blue berries conserve shopping list
- 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate ( 100 % cocoa ) shopping list
- 4 tbsp icing sugar shopping list
- 3 tbsp evaporated milk shopping list
- Topping : shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
- chocolate shavings shopping list
- Black berries shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat the oven at 190 degrees .
- Beat the butter and the sugar until creamy .
- Beat the eggs .
- Add the oil .
- Fold in the sifted flour .
- Add the milk and mix well .
- Bake for 25 mins .
- Cool in a wire rack .
- Spilt the cake into half
- Arrange one slice on a plate and spread the whip cream .
- Spread the berries on top .
- Arrange the other slice of cake on top .
- Microwave the chocolate , icing sugar and the milk .
- Spread on the cake .
- and arrange the topping .
