Banana Bran Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

11/2c brown sugar

1c vegetable oil

2c mashed ripe bananas

2tsp vanilla

2c all purpose flour

2c natural bran

1tsp baking soda

2tsp baking powder

1tsp salt

1tsp cinnamon

Directions

Beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Add banana's, oil and vanilla.

Let stand 5 mins.

Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix until just blended. Spoon into lined muffin cups.

Bake at 350F 20-25mins.
