Amaretto Brownies

If you like chocolate and amaretto then you are gonna love these, they're always a hit at parties and family / friends gatherings...
Ingredients
- 1 box family size brownie mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooking oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup water ( I use 1/4 cup Amaretto) shopping list
- 2 eggs (use 3 eggs for cake like brownies) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
How to make it
- Combine brownie mix, oil, amaretto, eggs and almond extract in a large bowl; stir 50 strokes with a large wooden spoon. Spread in a prepared 13 x 9 pan, I use non stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 28 - 30 minutes. For a dark coated pan bake at 325 degrees.
- Cool completely and frost with chocolate amaretto butter cream frosting.
