Ingredients

4 stalks celery, sliced finely

1/4 medium onion, diced finely

8 button mushrooms , slicd thinly

2 T. butter

2 cans cream of Chicken soup

1/2 soup can millk

4-6 c. cooked turkey, roughly diced

8 cups cooked real or instant prepared mashed potatoes

2-3 cups Cheddar Cheese

Directions

In saute pan, saute celery, onion and mushrooms in butter until limp add to cooked left over turkey. Mix cream of celery soup (or chicken) with a little milk. Mix with turkey. Put into a greased 9x13 pan. Top with 8 cups real or Instant potatoes cooked. Top with lots of cheddar cheese. Bake 350 * 30-40 minutes
