How to make it

  • Mix together mustard, brown sugar and enough sherry wine to make a paste the thickness of marmalade. Spread evenly over fatty portion of ham then spike with cloves and bake at 350 with apples until crust is well browned basting occasionally with the drippings.

    This is how my Mum baked a ham and that was back when we lived in Ireland and England. If people haven't tried it this way, they don't know what they're missing. This is the best! Great 5 fork recipe.
