How to make it

  • Beat eggs then combine sugar and flour and add to eggs.
  • Mix well then add remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into 2 buttered pie plates and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

    This looks fabulous! Reminds me of my mom's buttermilk pie recipe (like chess-pie) but without the buttermilk. I will definitely try!--Julie
