Hobo Pies Recipe Stain / All my dishes

A nice all in one no dishes meal

Ingredients
  • 1 Lb ground beef
  • 1 lg onion
  • 3 or 4 red potato's
  • 2 handful's of baby carrots for each pouch
  • bacon (maple is the best)
  • Steak spice
  • one pack of roasted garlic or onion soup mix
  • Foil wrap

Directions
  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 ha ha
  2. Mix the beef with the soup mix (comes in a box) and form into 2 patties
  3. wrap the patties with bacon 2 slices each
  4. Cut onion, potato's into 1 inch pieces
  5. lay foil out on the counter 2 big Pisces like a ( x )
  6. Place the patties in the centre then add all the veg add a few dabs of butter
  7. sprinkle everything with steak spice and wrap foil into pouches
  8. Place in oven for 45 min to a hour
