Ingredients

How to make it

  • To transform an ordinary radish into a mouse, all you need is a paring knife.
  • First cut off the stem end, which will leave a small white circle for the nose.
  • Then slice a bit off one side of the radish to give the mouse a flat, stable base.
  • Cut a small wedge out of the removed slice to make ears.
  • Using the tip of the knife, make a slit near the stem end, and insert the ears.
  • Leave the root intact for the tail.
  • (Serve with a dip, or not.)
