Mabel Brawners Broccoli Casserole Recipe

	Helewes / All my dishes 2 years, 6 months ago This is my Grandmother's Recipe,when she did not have allot of time to prepare several dishes. she would always make this dish, her corn pudding, and her yeast rolls for every family reunion. Ingredients

1 Package frozen broccoli or cooked fresh

8 ounces cooked rice

( your choice of rice )

1 small can of Pet Milk ®

1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 - 8 ounce jar Cheese Whiz ®

1 Medium onion chopped

2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Brown and saute onion and broccoli in skillet with the butter.

Remove from heat.

Add remaining ingredients,

stir until cheese is melted and soup and rice are incorporated.

Fold into a buttered baking dish.

Bake at 350* for 35 minutes (or) until top is bubbly and brown.
