How to make it

  • Split 12 inch crispy French Bread
  • Lightly toast
  • Slater Mayonnaise on both sides
  • Top with fried Oysters (see recipe)
  • Squeeze lemon juice over oysters.
  • Top with shredded letuce and tomato.
  • Note: Some prefer a red cocktail
  • sauce with ketchup, horseradish and drop of Worcestershire and squeeze of lemon.
