Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup liquid egg subsitute{Egg beaters}
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbs. Salsa
  • 1 whole English muffin split in half
  • 2 Tsp. Cheddar Jack cheese

Directions
  1. In a skillet coat with non stick cookin srpay
  2. Stir together egg chili powder and salt cook over medium heat stir often untill cooked{2 minutes}. Remove from heat stir in salsa
  3. Spread over muffins sprinkle with cheese put under broiler in oven till cheese melt serve
