mexican egg and muffin

- 1/3 cup liquid egg subsitute{egg beaters} shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. salt shopping list
- 3 Tbs. salsa shopping list
- 1 whole english muffin split in half shopping list
- 2 Tsp. Cheddar Jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet coat with non stick cookin srpay
- Stir together egg chili powder and salt cook over medium heat stir often untill cooked{2 minutes}. Remove from heat stir in salsa
- Spread over muffins sprinkle with cheese put under broiler in oven till cheese melt serve
