I love fresh pasta, these are good and easy to make

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs, beat well
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a Pinch of sugar
  • pinch of baking powder
  • add flour & stir until you can roll
  • Roll out and lay flat. Let rest for a while
  • sprinkle a little flour on and roll up like a log
  • cut as wide or as thin as you like.
