How to make it

  • Rinse meat
  • Thread meat cubes on 6 short skewers
  • Combine crumbs and seasonings
  • Combine egg and milk
  • Dip meat in egg mixture, then crumbs
  • Brown on all sides in hot cooking oil
  • Dissolve boullion cube in 1/2 cup water
  • Transfer browned meat to small baking dish, pour chicken boullion over meat
  • Cover and bake @ 350 for 45 minutes
  • Uncover and bake for 30
  • * the last time i made this, i forgot the oven temp, and put it on 450 degrees and covered. baked for about 30 minutes and it was done and was still yummy.*
