Ingredients
  • 2 pie shells (unually comes in one package frozen)
  • can or frozen pea n carrot mix
  • 1-2 breast boneless skinless chicken (or left over turkey after thanksgiving!) cut into small cubes and cooked
  • 2 jars chicken (or turkey if thanksgvng) gravy
  • 2-3 potatoes (red or brown)
  • Natures seasoning (or any mix)
  • garlic salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. cook chicken first with some garlic salt, seasoning and pepper in pan
  2. cut up potatoes and saute them till soft (i add a little oil n water as they cook and pepper)
  3. preheat oven to 350 (or follow pie directions)
  4. take one pie crust out to partly de-thaw about 10 min early.
  5. mix together in bowl chicken and pease/carrots and potatoes with one and a half jars gravy, add to frozen pie crust
  6. place the thawed crust over the the top and cook until crust is golden brown.
  7. let stand about 10 min. i serve it with the other half of gravy on the side as my husband loves the gravy.
