Really Great Mac N Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. elbow macaroni

1 ½ lbs. shredded cheese (I like a mixture of cheddar, gruyere, jack)

1 can mushroom soup

½ can milk

1 medium onion chopped and browned

½ cup mayonnaise

Cheezit crackers

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Boil macaroni 9 - 10 minutes, drain.

Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl and add macaroni mix. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish and cover with crumbled Cheezit crackers. Bake 25 – 30 minutes until bubbly.
