Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then fill your shaker bottle (I use empty spice bottles from the store).
  • I specifically omitted any salt, because it often isn't even missed with such a blend of flavors, and because we use very little salt, anywayz!
  • Sprinkle on fresh or frozen salmon or any meat, bake according to package directions.
  • Sprinkle on fried, scrambled eggs, omelets, anywhere you want to flavor a savory dish.
  • Great as a decorative topper on a casserole, potato salad, slaws, etc. -- Use your imagination with this one.
  • If you add another herb or spice, I'd love to hear about it.

I don't usually buy the commercial versions because of the insainly high salt content. Anyhow, I'll put some of this together and give it a try. It'll be heaps convienient to have a one shaker seasoner! I'm right onto this one. Thanks.
